Dr. Juprasert is a board-certified general surgeon who is currently an Advanced GI Minimally Invasive/Bariatric Surgery Fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. He obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacology at the University of California, Santa Barbara and Medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Juprasert completed his general surgery residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. During this time, he obtained his Master's degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Services Research at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. His clinical interests include bariatric surgery, benign foregut as well as malignant lower esophageal & stomach disease, and hernia/abdominal wall reconstruction. His surgical skillset encompasses advanced laparoscopy, da Vinci robotic platform, and interventional endoscopy.
